HOW TO PREPARE POLITICAL SCIIENCE( PAPER 2) FOR UGC-NET JRF

HELLO FRIENDS,I Hope all those who are serious about cracking net jrf this year must have started getting hold on their respective subjects.Since we have two papers for our subjects, its time that we start thinking about it.In the paper 2 there are 50 questions and you have to answer all(since no negative marking :) ),while in paper 3 there are 75 questions, again you have to mark all.Now the question is why two papers?ANSWER is one for scoring and one for making it difficult.
IF WE CLOSELY ANALYSE the last three papers of political science it would become clear that in all the three papers either of the one was easier than the otherGgetting through previous years papers also in a way defines what they expect from us.AS for example in the paper two first five questions are from political philosophy and its of graduation level(it means checking your background knowledge)and you just need brushing up your old books.THIS year there was no direct questions from political philosophy but required a little bit of thinking,FOR EXAMPLE who criticised Bentham's philosophy as PIG philosophy.and all philosophers in the option has criticised bentham's phil. but it was mill who said 'its better to dissatisfy socrates than to satisfy a pig'and you would rarely find it anywhere that mill has called his philosophy pig phil.(it seems am writing the plight of the pig :P ).SO keep your  eyes and brain open while doing revision of this part.I WOULD suggest you to  read ANDREW HEYWOOD'S POLITICS again and again.IF YOU DO NOT have it i will try to upload it here soon.YOU CAN SOLVE ATLEAST 10 QUESTIONS FROM THAT BOOK.
THEN there are questions from INDIAN GOVERNMENT AND POLITICS.FOR this just go and blindly buy the LAXMIKANT'S POLITY NEW EDITION.Its more than enough if you honestly read it twice.IF you dont have don't worry,i will soon upload that too.just keep checking.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION is one of your saviour.Atleast 5-6 questions or more than that is from this subject in both the papers collectively.AND there are chances that you can score 100% in this part if you just solve previous year papers( last 10 years). and read your grad book just once.

THEN there would be 5-6 questions of diffficult level, but do not panic as it would be same for everybody and you have to focus on the 75% of the part in which you can score.

From the INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND WORLD POLITICS, just focus on international oraganisations and specially on those which are in news and with which India has signed any deal OR MOUs.

FOR NOW I HOPE ITS ENOUGH TO START WITH,WILL COME WITH DETAILED ANALYSES OF PAPER 3 SOON.KEEP VISITING. ;)
